  • Can I modify my order?                                                                                                                    If your order has already shipped, we are unable to modify your order.  If your order hasn't ship, please email helpzentandartonline@gmail.com    include your order number and the modification you wish to change.
  • How can I return or exchange my product?                                                                                      In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase.If you would like to exchange, please email to helpzentandartonline@gmail.com
  • What kind of payment method do you accept?                                                                                We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Master, American Express, FPX,  Paypal, Union Pay, JBC, Diners Club.We accept bank transfer for local Malaysian.
  • How do I check on the status of my order?                                                                                       You will receive an email confirmation once placing an order within 12 hours. You will received Acknowledge receipt of payment  When your order ship out for final delivery, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
  • I think my package was lost after it had been shipped?                                                                     Zent and Art Souvenir Enterprise is not responsible for lost package. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address.
